The Thrash has been my nickname since I can remember. Real name, Jeff Thrasher, originally from Windsor Ontario, right across the river from Detroit, Michigan.
Now at 59 years of age, living in Toronto, I am a divorced father, with a 14 year old daughter, who is the light of my life. I have had allergies and skin conditions
most of my life. I used to think they were food related, and the symptoms are about as weird as they come, moving all over my body at any given time, mostly tingling
sensations and skin rashes, some quite violent and painful, but there are other more subtle personality changes and symptoms, brought on by this, that have yet to be understood.
I grew up from the ages of 5-15 years of age, on a backyard that backed right onto the Detroit River, we were given typhoid shots yearly, that they claimed made the water safe?
I was a river rat as a kid, loved it and spent most summers in or around it. Also during my youth, I was subject to lots of mercury amalgam dental fillings some 15 in total.
Starting about 5 years ago now my teeth started to chip, and this exposed the fillings, which is when all the symptoms started to escalate, and they continue to this day.
This has led me down a path that I certainly never wanted to take. I have now spent the past 5 years detoxing from heavy metals. My research and experience tells me that this could be the root of many diseases.
This website was originally intended as purely health information site, as I have always been a major self help, health advocate, exercise and nutrition nut.
However, I now realize the implications of heavy metals on humans living today and have decided to dedicate this site to detoxing from the effects of this condition.
As you can well imagine this has consumed my life for the past 5 years, I have tried every form of detox imaginable, settling in to a daily concoction of massive amounts of supplements, including
the mainstays of heavy metal detox, chlorella (sea algae) and cilantro (herb) which I consume everyday in a liquid nutrition shake. (See Website Video)
I hope to be part of the solution, in helping humans cope, with the onslaught of heavy metal poisoning, that I believe we are already seeing, with the increase in neurological diseases.
I have studied every clinical trial and read every paper on this that I could get my hands on, and the testing has so far been deemed inconclusive. This site The Thrash originally intended as
a health advocate site has now become my testament to my journey and understanding the effects of heavy metals on humans.
This site originally came to me probably in the year 2000 and it has taken awhile to come to life. It is now going to become part of a group of sites I have, mostly dedicated to health.
