longevity | The Thrash – Jeff Thrasher

Sorry, I have lost my blogging focus for awhile, as I have been researching longevity, due to the day, at just over 90 years old when Dad said ” on my journey to 100 I will ” and there followed a long list of to do’s to help him reach his goal. Dad will reach 95 on May 21st of this year and with 5 years to go I hope to launch myjourneyto100.com and yourjourneyto100.com by the spring of this year in honor of Dad reaching his goal.
The site will focus as is obvious on healthy aging, and ways and means to help those who also aspire to the lofty goal of reaching 100 years of age and beyond.
But hopefully it will also be a place where people of age can interact and share information with each other and have access to information to help them maintain a healthy and active life and be self sufficient as long as possible. We will have cutting age information on everything healthy as it pertains to aging. If you know anyone who this pertains to please leave your or their email in a comment to be added to the myjourneyto100.com list, to be kept on top of what’s coming soon to the world of aging, and how you can help those you know and love, to live, a robust and active old age.To your Health/JT

There is just a few days to Dad’s 95th birthday and everything is moving forward and roughly on schedule
